Max Sharp

Max Sharp joined the First Security Finance team in 2006. As the firm’s senior analyst, he analyzes the underlying credit for First Security Finance accounts and financings. Max’s analytical skills are invaluable to the structuring and creation of lease financing plans and the analysis of client borrowing capacity.

For more than two decades, Max has devoted his professional career to the banking and investment banking industry. His experience in the financial industry makes him an effective analyst for First Security Finance’s valued customers. Prior to joining First Security Finance, Max spent several years in as a corporate financial planner for a large regional bank in Oklahoma; later, he successfully developed an investment strategies department within a large regional bank in Arkansas. Max also managed the investment strategies department of a regional investment firm in Little Rock, Arkansas before joining the First Security Finance investment team.

Max received a finance degree from Kansas State University and maintains his FINRA certifications, holding FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.
